Situation
A real estate agency asks us for advice to carry out their project to sell different spaces in the Madrid neighborhood of Prosperidad. The spaces are located in a industrial warehouse located in a ground floor. The industrial warehouse is divided into five different spaces, that they sell separately, and where the clients can settle both his office and his home.
Idea
The brand had to give off uniqueness and practicality. For this reason, we decided that the name of the brand had to coincide with the local’s address. A formula simple and easy to remember.
Result
An agile website with simple navigation that transmitted the identity and services of C33: adaptable to their customers’ needs. We also designed other resources such as business cards and flyers.
